These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zintry mobile application ("App") operated by Zintry ("us," "we," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.

👤 Eligibility

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use this App. We reserve the right to verify your age and suspend or terminate your access if you do not meet the age requirement.

🔑 App License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Zintry App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your subscription access with others
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

💎 Subscription Services

Zintry offers premium content through subscription services:

• Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and duration
• Payment: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings
• Refunds: Refund policies are governed by Apple's App Store terms

📱 Acceptable Use

When using Zintry, you agree to:

1. Use the App only for lawful purposes
2. Respect intellectual property rights
3. Not attempt to circumvent security measures
4. Not interfere with the App's functionality
5. Not upload or transmit harmful content
6. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

🎬 Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through Zintry, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, images, text, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights:

• Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only
• You may not download, copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Content availability may vary and change without notice
• We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same

⚠️ Disclaimers and Limitations

The Zintry App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Content availability may vary by region and time
• We are not liable for any damages arising from App use
• Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law

🚫 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Zintry immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zintry operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
